目的:建立一种用电感耦合等离子体光谱法测定新疆石榴皮中微量元素及含量的方法。方法:用硝酸—高氯酸进行消解,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP—AES)同时测定新疆石榴皮样品中B、Ba、Cu、Sr、Ti、Zn、Mn、P、V、Ni、Mg、Ca、Co、C、Al、Fe等多种微量元素。结果:其相对标准偏差为0.38%~2.61%,回收率为95.8%~101.3%。研究表明新疆石榴皮中含有比较丰富的Ca、Mg元素,微量元素在植物药中可能起到一定的药理作用。结论:ICP—AES法测定简单,快速,灵敏度高,准确度高,且多元素同时测定,适用于新疆石榴皮中微量元素的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of trace elements and their contents in Xinjiang pomegranate peel by inductively coupled plasma spectroscopy. METHODS: Digestion with nitric acid-perchloric acid and simultaneous determination of B, Ba, Cu, Sr, Ti, Zn, Mn, P, V, Ni in Xinjiang granatum samples by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) , Mg, Ca, Co, C, Al, Fe and other trace elements. Results: The relative standard deviation was 0.38% to 2.61%, and the recovery rate was 95.8% to 101.3%. Studies have shown that Xinjiang’s pomegranate peel contains abundant Ca and Mg elements, and trace elements may play a certain pharmacological role in plant medicine. Conclusion: The ICP-AES method is simple, rapid, sensitive, accurate, and simultaneous determination of multiple elements. It is suitable for the determination of trace elements in the pomegranate peel in Xinjiang.
