数控抛光能够达到一致性较高的表面粗糙度要求。试验研究了羊毛毡轮数控抛光层数对磨削后GH4169表面残余应力的影响,进给方向表面残余正应力随深度增加先升高后下降,而垂直进给方向表面残余正应力先基本不变后下降,优化抛光层数为3层。针对磨削后抛光工艺,提出了“加强筋”模型,将羊毛毡轮抛光过程分为两个阶段,解释了抛光对表面残余应力的影响机理,并改变抛光参数进行了初步的试验验证。
NC polishing can achieve a higher consistency of surface roughness requirements. The effect of the number of polished layers of wool felt wheel on the surface residual stress of GH4169 after grinding was experimentally studied. The residual normal stress in the direction of feed increased first and then decreased with increasing depth, while the residual normal stress in the direction of vertical feed basically remained unchanged After the decline, optimizing the polishing layer is 3 layers. Aiming at the polishing process after grinding, a “stiffener” model was proposed. The polishing process of wool felt wheel was divided into two stages. The influence mechanism of polishing on surface residual stress was explained and the initial experimental verification was carried out by changing the polishing parameters .
