近几年,在经济全球化的不断发展下,我国经济得到快速发展,企业面临重大的挑战。其中在新时期,企业要想提高自身的核心竞争力,提高自身的市场占有率,就需要积极做好人力资源管理工作,以此提高企业核心竞争力。此外从当前的发展趋势分析,越来越多的企业加强重视人力资源管理,但是从整体角度分析,其中仍旧存在诸多缺陷,导致企业人力资源管理受到影响。因此,笔者主要从理论角度分析人力资源管理,对其中存在的问题展开分析,并提出解决对策,为未来企业的发展奠定理论基础与保证。
In recent years, with the continuous development of economic globalization, the economy of our country has witnessed rapid development and enterprises are facing major challenges. In the new era, if enterprises want to improve their own core competitiveness and improve their market share, they need to actively do a good job of human resources management in order to enhance their core competitiveness. In addition, from the analysis of the current development trend, more and more enterprises pay more attention to human resources management. However, from the perspective of overall analysis, there are still many shortcomings which cause the enterprise human resource management to be affected. Therefore, the author mainly analyzes human resource management from the theoretical point of view, analyzes the existing problems and proposes solutions to lay a theoretical foundation and guarantee for the future development of the enterprise.
