本文对124只家兔实验性动脉粥样硬化的早期病变、斑块形成与消退的过程及不同时期斑块内各种成分的改变,进行了形态学观察和简要的描述。实验证明家兔主动脉粥样硬化斑块在一年内消退组比半年消退组脂质分布更不均匀,泡沫细胞更少,而胆固醇结晶、胶原纤维和钙盐沉着反较增多。冠状动脉大支有斑块的血管数和病变程度在半年及一年消退组均消退不著(P>0.05),而小支则消退非常显著(半年消退组P<0.05,一年消退组P<0.001),其原因可能在于小支
In this paper, 124 rabbits atherosclerotic early experimental experimental lesions, plaque formation and regression process and different stages of the plaque changes in various components were observed morphologically and briefly described. Experiments show that rabbit aortic atherosclerotic plaque within one year of regression group than six months regression group lipid distribution more uneven, less foam cells, and cholesterol crystals, collagen fibers and calcium deposition increased. Coronary artery plaque in the number of blood vessels and lesions in the six-year and one year regression group were subsided (P> 0.05), while the small branch regression was very significant (six months regression group P <0.05, one year regression group P <0.001), the reason may lie in the small branch
