本文在成人高等教育的培养人才模式方面进行了积极的探索,尤其是在构建“本科+技师”、“大专+高级工”的培养模式方面,以顺应当前社会对高技能人才的需求。
This paper explores the mode of cultivating talents in adult higher education, especially in the training mode of building “undergraduate + technician” and “college + senior worker”, in order to conform to the current society to highly skilled personnel demand.
