红艳艳的红汤火锅诱人吧?那辣味、红色都是一种叫“辣椒精”的添加剂调出来的;一进火锅店闻起来很香,都是添加了飘香剂在里面!“一滴香”、“辣椒红”、“嫩肉粉”……这些人们并不熟悉的添加剂,近些年却经常出现在熟悉的火锅里,有人形象地称这样的火锅为“化学锅”。然而,某媒体记者走访了多家火锅店、麻辣烫摊位和餐饮店后发现,有些非法添加行为并非商家有意为之,而是推销诱导的结果。
