目前,国内很多工厂,正越来越广泛地采用HT25—47以上的高牌号铸铁来生产各种铸件。但要在冲天炉熔炼条件下稳定地生产高强度灰铸铁,目前还有一定的困难。本文旨在采用概率论及数理统计方法,对高强度灰铸铁的抗拉强度进行分析研究,以期能为稳定地生产高强度灰铸铁件提供一些初步的依据。
At present, many domestic factories, more and more widely used HT25-47 high grade cast iron to produce a variety of castings. However, there are still some difficulties in steadily producing high-strength gray iron under cupola melting conditions. This paper aims to use probability theory and mathematical statistics to analyze the tensile strength of high strength gray cast iron, with a view to providing some preliminary evidence for the stable production of high strength gray cast iron.
