田径项目是以身体训练和技术训练为主,在上下肢均衡发展,提高全身协调用力能力,促进心肺功能和细化动作技术等方面训练中,还存在认识不足、训练重点把握不准、训练方法不能“对症下药”等问题。本文通过剖析问题的实质,阐明问题的症结,以利于提高训练水平学生运动成绩。
