通过对6700轻卡转向节的结构与特点分析,结合多向挤压精密模锻的特点制定了它的工艺方案并进行了模具设计。模锻工艺包括下料、挤杆、劈挤叉部和多向精密模锻。采用Deform-3D软件对成形过程和速度场进行了分析,得到了锻件的成形规律。这对转向节的多向精密模锻锻具有指导意义。
By analyzing the structure and characteristics of 6700 light truck knuckle and combining with the characteristics of multi-direction extrusion precision die forging, the paper has developed its process plan and carried out mold design. Forging process include blanking, squeezing rod, splitting fork and multi-way precision forging. The forming process and velocity field were analyzed by Deform-3D software, and the forging rule was obtained. This multi-direction knuckle forging precision forging Guidance.
