光敏反应用于肺癌的诊治开始于1961年,Lipson 利用改进的气管镜,使滤过的200w 高压水银灯光通过玻璃纤维导入镜内,以激活血卟啉衍生物(HpD)产生荧光,观察了10例肺癌,其中6例看到了荧光。此后,国外不少学者都报道了血卟啉光敏反应诊治肿癌的经验。
