锅炉的煤粉粒度(细度)在线监测对于节能减排、燃烧优化等起着重要作用.光脉动法可以在线测量煤粉的平均粒度,但无法得到粒度分布(细度).为解决这一问题,该文运用数学建模的方法,建立了光脉动透射光信号和符合联合泊松分布的颗粒系间的关系,提出了根据光脉动方差得到粒度分布的算法.进一步,通过正反演算证明了该模型的正确性,得到的粒度和实际情况较为符合.最后比较验证性试验得到的反演结果和用显微镜测量的结果,两者基本一致.“,”In-line measurement of pulverized coal in utility boilers is important for optimization of combustion and reducing the emission of NOx. The light fluctuation is a effective method for in-line measurement of mean size of pulverized coal, but may not obtain the size distribution. A novel method based on the principles of light fluctuation and standard deviation analysis was proposed for getting particle size distribution. The relationship between the light fluctuation signal and distribution parameterk was established by compound Poisson distribution. With this new method, the distribution parameterk may be calculated. Simulation and experiments were carried out for confirming this method.
