近年来,电力企业为建立现代企业制度,实现“一强三优”现代企业战略目标,推行绩效考评管理制度。这项制度以提高职能部门的业绩为目的,从员工个人业绩出发,对员工个体和下属单位、部门整体进行考评的绩效管理制度。企业在绩效管理的工作中投入了较大的精力,但在实践中仍然存在一些问题。本文拟从供电企业绩效管理现状入手,分析目前绩效管理过程中存在的问题,进而提出优化企业绩效管理的一些措施及方法。
In recent years, the electric power enterprises have set up the modern enterprise system and realized the strategic goal of “one strong, three excellent,” and implemented the performance appraisal management system. This system aims to improve the performance of functional departments, starting from the performance of individual employees, individual employees and their subordinate units, departments as a whole performance appraisal system of performance management. Enterprises in the work of performance management devoted a lot of energy, but in practice there are still some problems. This paper intends to start with the status quo of power supply enterprise performance management and analyze the existing problems in the current performance management process, and then put forward some measures and methods to optimize enterprise performance management.
