八届全国人大代表、浙江省工艺美术大师、中国绍兴黄酒集团公司高级工艺美术师徐复沛,从北京出席全国人代会回来,在谈到包装问题时,兴致勃勃地说:“我在人代会上提出:国家应当尽快制定《中国商品包装法》,以利我国包装事业在法制规范下健康发展,并取得了32名全国人大代表联名提案认可。现被大会采纳,转有关部门进行研究。”
Xu Peibai, a senior technicist from China’s Shaoxing Rice Wine Group, returned from Beijing to attend the National People’s Congress and spoke of the issue of packaging.
