中国一贯的应试教育使“满堂灌”、“手把手”、“牵拉式”等枯燥乏味的教学方法成为了课堂教学的主要手段,这样的课堂显然无法满足素质教育对学生学习主动性的要求。而主导课堂发展的教师对此负有重要责任,因此教师在课堂教学中要运用恰当的教学激励手段,多媒体技术以及合理的竞争机制营造和谐的教学氛围,引导学生学会思考积极主动的学习。 China’s consistent examination-oriented education has become the main method of classroom teaching such as “boring”, “hand”, “pull type” and other boring teaching methods, such a class obviously can not meet the quality of education for students to learn Initiative requirements. However, teachers who lead the development of classrooms have an important responsibility for this. Therefore, teachers should use appropriate teaching incentives, multimedia technologies and reasonable competition mechanisms to create a harmonious teaching atmosphere in classroom teaching so as to guide students to think actively and actively.
