为了加强协作、促进交流,更好地为西北地区经济、科技、社会发展服务,西北五省(区)科技情报体制改革研讨会于1989年8月21日至24日在银州市召开。这次研讨会由宁夏自治区科技情报学会筹备主持,来自西北五省(区)和中国科技情报学会的代表共计56名,就下述中心议题进行了讨论:1.探讨科技情报机构在深化改革中如何适应社会、服务社会;2.在西北地区实行情报有偿服务的内容、形式及特点;3.总结和讨论新时期学会工作、经验及对策。会议通过大会交流和分织讨论,对西北地区深化科技情报体制
In order to strengthen coordination, promote exchanges and better serve the economy, science and technology and social development in Northwest China, a seminar on scientific and technological information system reform in the five northwestern provinces (autonomous regions) was held in Yinzhou from August 21 to August 24, 1989. The symposium was organized and chaired by Ningxia Institute of Science and Technology Intelligence. A total of 56 representatives from five provinces (autonomous regions) and the Chinese Society for Scientific and Technical Information made a discussion on the following central issues: 1. Exploring the role of scientific and technological intelligence agencies in deepening reform How to adapt to the society and serve the society; 2.the content, form and characteristic of the information-paid service in the northwest; 3. summarize and discuss the work, experience and countermeasures of the society in the new era.
