首先,我代表中国人力资源开发研究会,对大家前来参加本次人本中国高峰论坛表示衷心的感谢!中共十八届三中全会胜利闭幕之后,大家都在热烈讨论深化改革的决议。我读了这六十条决议,心潮澎湃。我认为,这届三中全会有特殊和重要的历史意义。与第一个三中全会——十一届三中全会——提出改革开放的号召一样,这届三中全会是我们中国人民向新时期、向伟大复兴发起的又一次冲击。
First of all, on behalf of the China Human Resources Development Research Association, I would like to express my heart-felt thanks to all of you for attending this Human-Centered China Summit Forum. After the successful conclusion of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, everyone is engaged in a lively discussion of the resolution on deepening the reform. I read these sixty resolutions with an upsurge of emotions. I think this Third Plenary Session has special and important historical significance. Like the First Plenary Session of the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee - calling for reform and opening up, the Third Plenary Session of this year is yet another blow our Chinese people have made to the great rejuvenation in the new period.
