教学秘书队伍建设情况直接影响高职院校教育管理的质量和水平。文章以重庆水利电力职业技术学院为例,对该校教学秘书队伍现状进行分析,发现有工作任务繁重琐碎、工作得不到重视、职责分工及权力不明确、职业上升空间狭窄等问题,对此提出从明确职责分工及权力、提高系部教学秘书的专业素质、合理提高系部教学秘书薪酬待遇、适当的心理干预等方面来加强教学秘书队伍建设的对策。
The construction of teaching secretarys team directly affects the quality and level of educational management in higher vocational colleges. Taking Chongqing Institute of Water Conservancy and Electric Power Technology as an example, this article analyzes the status quo of teaching secretaries in this school and finds that there are such problems as heavy and trivial work tasks, lack of attention to work, unclear responsibilities and powers, narrow occupational space, It puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the construction of teaching secretary team from the aspects of clarifying the division of responsibilities and powers, improving the professional quality of teaching secretary of department department, reasonably raising the salaries and benefits of teaching department secretary, and appropriate psychological intervention.
