大底盘厚筏基础是通过扩大的地下结构,将地面上不同建筑单元连成一体的筏板基础。通过北京LG大厦基础设计、沉降观测以及反演,分析了并列式双塔裙房一体的大底盘变厚度筏形基础的变形特征。此类基础的纵向整体变形曲线虽呈连续的多波状,但塔楼下基础整体变形曲线仍呈盘状,在形状上与一般单幢建筑物并无差异。与塔楼连成一体的扩大了的地下结构,在一定范围内具有分担部分塔楼竖向荷载的能力,但也会引起基础偏心使基础出现整体倾斜。强调地下室框架结构及楼板参与工作对减小塔楼下大底盘基础的整体挠曲度有重要影响。
The large-foundation raft foundation is a raft foundation that connects the different building elements on the ground through an expanded subsurface structure. Based on the basic design, settlement observation and inversion of LG Building in Beijing, the deformation characteristics of the large-thickness raft foundation with parallel double pylons are analyzed. Although the basic longitudinal deformation curve of this kind is continuous and multi-wave shape, the overall deformation curve of the foundation under the tower is still in a plate shape, which is not different in shape from that of a single single building. The expanded subsurface structure, which is integrated with the tower, has the capacity to share part of the vertical load of the tower within a certain range, but it can also cause the basic eccentricity to cause overall tilting of the foundation. It is emphasized that the basement frame structure and floor participation have a significant impact on reducing the overall deflection of large underfloor foundations.
