目的了解重庆市渝北区水产品中副溶血性弧菌的污染状况,为本地区水产品的消费食用安全监管提供科学依据。方法对2012-2015年渝北区水产品进行随机抽样,对2012年1月1日-2014年5月31日抽检的水产品按GB/T4789.7-2008检测副溶血性弧菌,对2014年6月1日-2015年抽检的水产品按GB4789.7-2013检测副溶血性弧菌。结果 2012-2015年渝北区水产品共抽检210件水产品,副溶血性弧菌总检出率为19.52%,各年度间检出率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2014年最高(32.73%),2012年最低(5.00%)。销售环节和加工环节副溶血性弧菌总检出比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各年度间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。海水水产品及淡水水产品副溶血性弧菌总检出率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),各年度间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。夏秋季与春冬季副溶血性弧菌总检出率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);夏秋季副溶血性弧菌的检出率为23.97%,各年份差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);春冬季副溶血性弧菌的检出率为9.38%,各年份间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 2012-2015年,渝北区的水产品中,无论是海水产品还是淡水产品,无论是在销售环节还是加工环节,无论是夏秋季还是春冬季,都存在被副溶血性弧菌污染的情况,应引起相关部门的广泛重视。
Objective To understand the pollution of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in aquatic products in Yubei district of Chongqing and to provide a scientific basis for the safety supervision of consumption of aquatic products in this area. Methods The aquatic products of Yubei District were randomly sampled from 2012 to 2015. Vibrio parahaemolyticus was detected according to GB / T4789.7-2008 for aquatic products sampled from January 1, 2012 to May 31, 2014, June 1, 2015 - 2015 sampling of aquatic products according to GB4789.7-2013 detection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Results A total of 210 aquatic products were sampled from 2012 to 2015 in Yubei district. The total detection rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was 19.52%. The detection rate was statistically significant (P <0.05). The highest in 2014 (32.73%) and the lowest in 2012 (5.00%). There were significant differences in the total detection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus between the sales and the processing (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the years (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the overall detection rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus between seawater aquatic products and freshwater aquatic products (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the years (P> 0.05). The total detection rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in summer and autumn was significantly different from that in spring and winter (P <0.05). The detection rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in summer and autumn was 23.97%, with significant difference in all years (P <0.05). The detection rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in spring and winter was 9.38%, there was no significant difference among all the years (P> 0.05). Conclusion From 2012 to 2015, among the aquatic products in Yubei District, both marine products and freshwater products, both in the sales and processing sectors, were contaminated by Vibrio parahaemolyticus in summer and autumn or in spring and winter , Should cause widespread concern of relevant departments.
