对504例脑瘫患儿的智力发育进行测试，结果表明：绝大部分脑瘫患儿伴有智力低下：年龄越小，智力低下的程度越重。病例分析结果显示：脑瘫的病因以产时窒息占第一位，其次是早产和孕产期的因素等。病例中大部分患儿未能及时就诊或者就诊后未能得到正确的诊断。提示：加强孕产期的保健可减少脑瘫的发生，对家长宣传小儿的正常发育过程，培养基层医务人员普及脑瘫疾病的常识，对脑瘫患儿进行智力测验有助于脑瘫的早期发现，对降低智力低下的发病率，提高人口素质有重要意义。
The intelligence development of 504 children with cerebral palsy was tested. The results showed that most of the children with cerebral palsy had mental retardation: the younger, the more mental retardation. Case analysis showed that: the cause of cerebral palsy aspartate chronology as the first place, followed by preterm and maternal factors. Most cases of children failed to timely treatment or after treatment failed to get the correct diagnosis.
