随着我国对高等教育重视程度的不断提高,高职院校的招生工作也随着大规模地展开,但在新的社会环境下,高职院校的学生管理的问题却日益突出。如何正视并解决这些问题需要全体教育工作者的思考,只有解决好这些出现的问题,我国的高职教育工作才能更好地开展。本文首先分析了高职院校学生管理工作所面临的挑战,然后就如何解决这些挑战提出了几点对策。
With the continuous improvement of the emphasis on higher education in our country and the enrollment of higher vocational colleges with large-scale expansion, under the new social environment, the problems of student management in higher vocational colleges have become increasingly prominent. How to face and solve these problems needs the thinking of all educators. Only by solving these emerging problems can higher vocational education work in our country be carried out better. This paper first analyzes the challenges faced by students in higher vocational colleges and puts forward some countermeasures on how to solve these challenges.
