目的 评价显微超声技术处理根管内折断器械的临床疗效。方法 对常规方法不能取出的 4 4颗患牙的共 4 7支根管内折断器械 ,在根管显微镜下使用专用超声器械进行根管再处理 ,统计患牙的治疗成功率 ,并于术后 5~ 19个月复查。结果 33颗 ( 33/44 )患牙根管内的 34支 ( 34/47)折断器械被完全取出 ,成功率 75 %。未发生根管侧穿或牙根纵裂。经复查无 1颗患牙出现治疗失败。结论 根管显微镜和超声器械的使用 ,为处理根管内折断器械提供了新的手段
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of microsurgical ultrasound in the treatment of root canal fracture devices. Methods A total of 47 intraductal devices, which were not removed by conventional methods, were treated with a special ultrasonic device under the root canal microscope. The successful rate of the treatment of the affected teeth was calculated. After the operation, 5 to 19 months review. Results 34 (34/47) fracture devices in 33 (33/44) root canal patients were completely removed with a success rate of 75%. No endodontic or root rupture occurred. After the review no one tooth appears treatment failed. Conclusion The use of root canal microscope and ultrasound equipment provides a new method for the treatment of the root canal broken device
