粉末冶金由于在经济上和技术上都优于传统的锭冶金而已成为一种新的和富有生命力的加工方法。本文除了阐述历史上粉末冶金的重大发展和今天的生产情况外,还以科学和技术的观点评论了粉末生产和粉末固化的现代方法;并着重以特殊合金为例,讨论了粉末生产方法、显微组织和机械性能之间的某些关系;最后还客观地介绍了粉末冶金和快速凝固间的相互关系。
Powder metallurgy has become a new and viable processing method because it is economically and technically superior to conventional ingot metallurgy. In addition to the major developments in powder metallurgy in history and today’s production, this article reviews the modern methods of powder production and powder solidification from the point of view of science and technology. Emphatically, taking the special alloy as an example, the powder production method is discussed. Micro-organization and mechanical properties of some of the relationship between the final objectively described the relationship between powder metallurgy and rapid solidification.
