利用减压CVI技术制备了三维碳纤维增韧碳化硅复合材料 ,研究了热解碳界面相对复合材料性能的影响 .结果表明 :适当选择界面相厚度 ,可获得弯曲强度和断裂韧性都较高的碳纤维增韧碳化硅复合材料 .从界面相厚度对界面结合强度和脱粘面上的滑移阻力的影响出发 ,解释了热解碳界面相厚度对复合材料的应力 -位移曲线形状及断裂形式的影响 .
The effects of relative carbon-carbon composites with pyrolytic carbon interface were studied by vacuum CVI technique. The results show that carbon fiber with high flexural strength and fracture toughness can be obtained by proper choice of interface phase thickness Toughened silicon carbide composites.According to the effect of interface phase thickness on interfacial bonding strength and slip resistance on the debonding surface, the effect of interfacial thickness of pyrolytic carbon on the stress-displacement curve shape and fracture mode of the composites .
