食品行业生产经营人员健康管理不同于其他行业,因为他直接接触食品的生产与销售,为预防食物中毒及食源性疾病的发生,必须对这部分人群每年进行严格的健康管理及必要的卫生教育。
Health management of food industry production and management personnel is different from other industries because of his direct contact with food production and sales. To prevent food poisoning and food-borne diseases, this part of the population must undergo rigorous health management and necessary health education every year .
