建立用火焰原子吸收光谱法直接进样测定黄酒中氧化钙含量的检测方法。采用10g/L氯化镧溶液作为释放剂,通过微型多功能进样器的双毛细管系统,一路在线导入释放剂,另一路分别导入钙标准系列、试剂空白、黄酒样品稀释液,分两路同时连续导入火焰原子化器中,用火焰原子吸收光谱法直接进样测定黄酒中氧化钙含量。钙含量在0.50—20.00μg/mL浓度范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数r=0.9996,相对标准偏差RSD为0.7%,直接进样测定和消解后测定所得的样品检测结果进行对照,计算两者的相对误差为-1.2%,加标回收率在96.6%—101.3%之间。该方法具有释放剂消耗少,操作简便快速、重现性好、准确度高、线性范围宽等优点,适用于黄酒中氧化钙含量的检测,具有很好的推广应用价值。
