小儿门脉高压症合并食道静脉曲张破裂出血常危及小儿生命。我院自1963年～1993年共收治小儿门脉高压症90例(不包括胆汁性肝硬化),其中55例(61.1％)例合并食道静脉曲张破裂出血。现将其救治经验总结报道如下:
Pediatric portal hypertension with esophageal variceal bleeding often endanger the lives of children. In our hospital from 1963 to 1993 were treated 90 cases of pediatric portal hypertension (not including biliary cirrhosis), of which 55 cases (61.1%) were complicated with esophageal variceal bleeding.
