以弹塑性体冲击接触过程中冲击脉冲的估算为研究目标,采用非线性阻尼弹簧接触模型模拟弹塑性材料的冲击与接触。以铝合金为研究对象,将数值计算结果与实验结果进行对比,发现两者差异较大。根据实验结果得到修正模型,建立了一种弹塑性体的冲击力修正计算模型。修正模型与实验结果吻合较好,该模型对进一步研究弹塑性体的冲击过程和冲击脉冲的预测具有指导意义。
In this paper, the impact pulse of the elasto-plastic body during the impact process is regarded as the research goal. The nonlinear damping spring contact model is used to simulate the impact and contact of the elastic-plastic material. With aluminum alloy as the research object, the numerical calculation results are compared with the experimental results and found that there is a big difference between them. According to the experimental results, the modified model is obtained and a model of the impact correction of the elastic-plastic body is established. The modified model is in good agreement with the experimental results. This model is instructive for further study of the impact process and impact pulse prediction of elastoplastic body.
