旅游业竞争的核心说到底是旅游服务质量高低的竞争,导游服务的质量决定了旅游服务的质量,导游人员的素质和技能又决定了导游服务的质量。因此,各个国家旅游行业对导游人员的培养都很重视,认为导游人员不仅是一种社会职业,更是一个国家和地区的形象代表。但是要提高导游人员的素质和服务技能,不仅需要掌握知识的广度和深度,而且导游人员需要提高的能力又表现在旅游过程中的吃、住、行、游、购、娱的各个方面。因此,《模拟导游》就成了导游专业核心课程之一。
