组织部门的自身建设是一项常抓不懈的工作,又是一个常议常新的重大课题。近年来,组织部门的同志对自身建设这个问题进行了有益的探索,积累了许多宝贵的经验。本文,就这个问题着重从五个方面谈些认识和看法。
The self-construction of the organizational sector is a constant and unremitting effort and a major issue that is often renewed. In recent years, comrades in the organization departments have conducted useful explorations on this issue and accumulated many valuable experiences. This article focuses on this issue from five aspects to talk about some understanding and opinion.
