伴随着教育制度的不断改革,新的教学理念和目标的形成,也对广大教师队伍提出了更高的教学要求,高中数学的教学重点应放在对学生思维能力与学习方法的培养和指导上,然而面对高考的压力,时间的紧迫,教师往往采用了题海战术的教学方式,试图以量取胜,殊不知这只会阻碍学生的思维发展,费时又费力,取得的效果却甚微,缺乏解题后的反思,必然难以提升解题能力,基于上述原因,加强对高中数学反思解题教学的探索与研究显得尤为重要。
