以群体性激励为主的监狱民警激励机制,效果并不理想,已不适应社会发展和时代要求。本文根据激励理论,提出个性化激励的大胆设想,并构建了以调查评析民警个体的不同需要为前提,以个性化激励方案设计为基础,以“激励菜单”设置为支撑,并以实施和评估为策略手段,进而以民警和监狱之间双向选择的方式,完成整个激励过程的个性化激励模式,从而有效增强民警激励的针对性和可操作性,增强激励效能。
Incentive mechanism for prison police, which is dominated by group encouragement, is not effective and has not met the requirements of social development and the times. Based on the motivation theory, this paper puts forward the bold assumption of personalized motivation and builds the premise of investigating and assessing the different needs of individual police officers.
