“一带一路”政策给鞍山市外经贸发展带来了新机遇,包括沿线国家基础设施建设为鞍钢提供了化解过剩产能的途径,为优势企业开展境外投资开拓了新路径,为海城西柳服装打入丝绸之路新市场赢得契机。因此,鞍山市应实施如下策略:抓住政策红利,支持企业输出优质过剩产能;优化出口结构,大力开拓国际市场;扩大招商引资,打造重点产业园区;培育外贸竞争新优势,改善进出口环境。
The “One Belt and One Road” policy has brought new opportunities for the development of foreign trade in Anshan City, including the infrastructure construction along the country’s lines to provide Angang with a way to resolve excess production capacity, and has opened up new paths for advantageous companies to invest abroad, which is Xicheng Xiliu Clothing entered the Silk Road new market to win the opportunity.
