萝卜炖牛肉原料:牛肉500克,白萝卜250克。调料:花椒、八角、酱油、豆瓣酱、香菜、葱、姜、蒜、盐。做法:1.白萝卜去皮切块,放入热水中焯一下,捞出待用。牛肉洗净,切块,放入热水中焯一下除腥味。2.炒锅放油烧热,放入葱、姜、蒜、酱油爆香,放入牛肉块翻炒,加入豆瓣酱热炒一下,最后加水至水面盖过牛肉为止。待水烧开,转中火慢炖。3.牛肉炖到七八成熟,将萝卜放入锅里,加适量盐,与牛肉一起炖熟。
