随着现代教育改革的不断推进,以师生为本的教育理念逐渐深入人心。根据大量调查研究,小学是学生认知、情感和价值观形成及快速发展的重要阶段。课堂互动作为小学教育环节中的关键部分,其质量好坏不仅决定了孩子当前及未来成长的发展轨迹,对于教育者本体来说,也影响着其职业发展道路。本文以笔者教学经验,总结反思在平时课堂教学过程中存在的问题,期望能够探索出解决这些问题的方法,为提升课堂教学中的互动效果而努力。
With the continuous promotion of the reform of modern education, the concept of education based on teachers and students has been gaining popularity. According to a large number of investigations and studies, primary school is an important stage in the formation and rapid development of students’ cognition, emotion and values. Classroom interaction, as a key part in primary education, not only determines the development path of children’s current and future growth, but also affects the career development of educators. Based on the author’s teaching experience, this article summarizes the problems existing in the usual classroom teaching and hopes to explore ways to solve these problems and make efforts to improve the interactive effect in classroom teaching.
