据报载,著名笑星赵本山因欠费纠纷欲与沈阳河畔花园华新物业打官司,并且向记者透露,他不但要以个人名义去打,还要以人大代表的身份去打。笔者认为此举不妥。作为一名公民,赵本山在认为其合法权益受到侵害时,拿起法律武器维权是天经地义之事,也是其具有较高法律意识的一种表现。但是要以人大代表的身份去打官司是不对的。赵本山要以人大代表的身份去打官司,无非是想通过人大代表身份的影响力
