急性左心衰是尿毒症患者的严重并发症和主要死因,积极有效地控制左心衰可改善尿毒症患者的预后,提高生存质量,延长生存时间。本院从1993年2月至1999年12月间共收治432例慢性左心衰126例,现分析报告如下。
Acute left heart failure is a serious complication and the main cause of death in patients with uremia. Active and effective control of left heart failure can improve the prognosis of patients with uremia, improve the quality of life and prolong the survival time. The hospital from February 1993 to December 1999 were treated 432 cases of chronic left heart failure in 126 cases, the analysis is as follows.
