指出当前在经济发达的省域内建设高速公路联网信息发布系统是非常必要的,建立信息发布系统就可以使用可变信息标志(VM S)来通知和诱导驾驶员以一种平稳、连续的方式改变行车路线。本文提出将目前高速公路上已有的监控系统和本文建议的联网系统结合起来,在路网内建设联网信息发布系统的体系结构和软件设计,必能有效解决省域路网内的交通拥挤和阻塞。
It is pointed out that it is necessary to construct the highway information system of the expressways in economically developed provinces at present. The establishment of the information release system can use the variable information sign (VM S) to inform and induce the pilots to change in a smooth and continuous way vehicle route. This paper proposes to combine the existing monitoring system on expressway and the networking system proposed in this paper to construct the architecture and software design of the networking information distribution system in the road network and to effectively solve the problems of traffic congestion in the provincial road network and block.
