以我国第十届全运会女子跳远前6名运动员为研究对象,对她们在起跳过程中的摆动腿技术进行运动学研究,结果表明,我国优秀女子跳远运动员摆动腿在助跑最后一步支撑过程小腿支撑扇角比较大,身体重心下降较大,造成水平速度损失较大;蹬离地面时动作不充分,摆动的速度慢、幅度小。在起跳过程中,摆动腿的摆动动作对减小着地时的制动、加大动作幅度,提高起跳速度有着十分重要的作用。我国运动员在着板缓冲阶段,摆动腿蹬伸后向前摆动的时机晚,摆动不够积极,影响整个起跳动作的幅度,造成了身体重心不能快速前移。我国运动员起跳蹬伸阶段摆动腿动作不充分,摆动的速度和幅度不理想。
Taking the first 6 athletes in the women’s long jump at the 10th National Games as the research object, the kinematics study of their swinging legs during the take-off process is carried out. Our country athletes take the stage of jumping and stretching and swinging legs do not move sufficiently, the speed and range of swinging are not ideal.
