为探讨开心胶囊防治糖尿病合并SMI的机理,采用链尿佐菌素和垂体后叶素致大鼠糖尿病合并心肌缺血模型,观察其对糖尿病大鼠的心肌缺血和内皮素及血脂的影响。结果表明:开心胶囊不仅能全面调节血脂代谢,而且能拮抗和阻断ET的释放,降低血浆ET水平,从而有效改善了外周血管和冠脉血管收缩所致的心肌缺血。提示:开心胶囊对糖尿病大鼠垂体后叶素引起的心肌缺血有明显的改善作用的机制之一是阻断ET的释放。
To explore the mechanism of Kaixin capsule in preventing and treating diabetes with SMI, the model of diabetes mellitus combined with myocardial ischemia induced by streptozotocin and pituitrin was used to observe the effects of Kaixin capsule on myocardial ischemia, endothelin and blood lipid in diabetic rats. The results showed that Kaixin capsule can not only fully regulate the metabolism of blood lipids, but also antagonize and block the release of ET and reduce the plasma ET level, thus effectively improving the myocardial ischemia caused by peripheral vascular and coronary vasoconstriction. Tip: One of the mechanisms by which Kaixin Capsule can significantly improve myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin in diabetic rats is to block the release of ET.
