良性颅内高压是一种应用包括口服避孕药在内的许多药物后所罕见的情况。本文首次报道1例与应用激素替代治疗有关的良性颅内高压患者。患者58岁,女。因头痛、眩晕、呕吐、视力迅速减退伴一过性黑朦及全身软弱8天而入院。在过去3年内间歇性头痛的发作频率增加且逐渐严重,并与应用含炔诺酮的激素治疗时间有关。体检患者呈痛苦面容,肥胖,双侧视乳头水肿,眼外直肌轻度麻痹,视野无缺损。除结肠有轻度憩室外,X 线胸片、血液和生化筛选试验及胃肠道钡剂检查等均无异常。同位素脑扫描正常。计算机 X 线体层摄影示脑室大小正常。 Benign intracranial hypertension is a rare condition after many drugs, including oral contraceptives, have been applied. This is the first report of a case of benign intracranial hypertension associated with hormone replacement therapy. Patient 58 years old, female. Due to headache, dizziness, vomiting, rapid visual acuity with transient darkness and general weakness admitted to hospital for 8 days. The frequency of episodic episodes of intermittent headache increased and worse over the past three years and was associated with the time of hormone therapy with norethindrone. Physical examination showed painful face, obesity, bilateral papilla edema, extraocular rectus mild paralysis, visual field defect-free. In addition to a mild colon diverticulum, X-ray, blood and biochemical screening tests and gastrointestinal barium examination were normal. Isotope brain scan is normal. Computer tomography showed normal ventricular size.
