从多年的体育训练教学经验和总结中发现,那些能较快掌握教学动作的运动员,一般都是善于动脑筋思考的学生。他们在学习新动作的时候,会先熟悉和研究这些动作概念,然后通过反复的练习达到熟能生巧运用自如的程度;而那些不善于动脑筋、只是一味地简单模仿练习,而不先掌握动作概念的学生,往往学习动作要领的速度会非常慢,并且完成的动作质量比较差。实践证明:动作概念教学的好坏,不仅直接影响到学员运动技能能否迅速掌握,而且可能会影响青少年的身心健康发展。对青少年运动员实施动作概念教学,不但有利于培养他们在运动技能学习中的自我认知评价能力,而且更有利于青少年运动员在技术动作中创新思维的开发。 From many years of sports training teaching experience and concluded that those who can quickly grasp the teaching action of athletes, are generally good at brains thinking students.
