扭剪作用下钢管支架直角扣件受力性能试验分析研究

通过构造6组直角扣件连接节点试件,进行了连接节点同时承受扭转力和滑移力的试验.试验结果表明:扣件紧固力矩越大,扣件连接节点的初始抗扭刚度越大;不同紧固力矩的扣件连接节点,在较小的扭剪作用下,其初始扭转刚度变化不大,当试件受扭剪作用逐渐增大时,紧固力矩大的直角扣件抵抗变形的能力增强.通过统计回归分析,得出直角扣件连接节点初始扭转刚度与紧固力矩的关系,以及扭转力矩与杆件转角关系.调整了钢管支架连接节点考虑扭剪效应时无侧移和有侧移架体立杆的计算长度系数,并与纯扭效应下的计算值进行了对比分析,得出扭剪同时作用下更不利于钢管支撑架体的稳定.
