Intraocular perfusion fluid used in intraocular surgery can damage the corneal endothelial cells, and different perfusions can have different effects. Intraocular perfusion (Ringer’s lactate and balanced salt solution (BSS)), which are commonly used in clinical practice, Animal experiments were performed to observe the effect on corneal endothelial cells. After the anterior chamber puncture of 10 New Zealand White rabbits, a special anterior chamber lavage needle was placed for 2h continuous perfusion, the left eye with sodium Ringer’s solution, the right eye with BSS ; Before perfusion, perfusion 5min, 10min, 20min every 10min by echocardiography to determine the thickness of the central cornea.2h after removal of the cornea for scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy of endothelial cell morphology and structural changes. The results showed that between the two groups Corneal edema rate and edema were significantly different. The average corneal edema rate was 0.4233μm / min in BSS group, and the average corneal edema rate was 0.7426μm / min in lactated Ringer’s solution group, the two groups of statistics There are very significant differences between the scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy showed BSS group after 2h perfusion of corneal endothelial cells slightly edema, but the basic cell morphology, minor damage; and lactated Ringer’s group angle Membrane endothelial cell swelling, endothelial cell degeneration, necrosis, shedding obvious, serious damage.BBS is currently the domestic market ideal intraocular perfusion
