职道业德律师作为社会主义法律工作者,为我国法治建设发挥了积极作用。30多年的律师制度建设,也让律师职业越来越得到社会认可。党的十八届三中全会《决定》在“推进法治中国建设”篇幅中,专门针对律师行业提出了“加强职业道德建设”的要求。如何完善律师队伍职业道德建设不仅仅成为促进律师行业科学健康发展的重要目标,也成为推进社会主义司法体制改革的风向标。
