羽毛山海绵(My ca le p lum ose)来源的糖多孢菌(S accharop oly sp ora sp.nov SP 2-10)具有诱导肿瘤细胞坏死的活性。本文对其发酵产物的活性部位乙酸乙酯层进行活性追踪分离,共得到7个化合物;利用理化性质和波谱学方法鉴定它们的结构分别为胆甾醇、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯、4(2,4-二羟基苯甲酰氨基)苯甲酸、苯丙胺酸、脱氧鸟苷、鸟苷和N-乙酰酪胺;并初步评价上述化合物的抗肿瘤活性,结果表明,邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯显示细胞毒活性。
Saccharopolyspora sp. Nov SP 2-10, a source of Mycobacterium sp., Has the activity of inducing tumor cell necrosis. In this paper, the active site of the fermentation product of ethyl acetate was traced and separated, and seven compounds were obtained. Their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectroscopy as follows: cholesterol, diisobutyl phthalate, 4 ( 2,4-dihydroxybenzamido) benzoic acid, phenylalanine, deoxyguanosine, guanosine and N-acetyl tyramine; and preliminary evaluation of the anti-tumor activity of the above compounds, the results show that di-isobutyl phthalate Esters showed cytotoxic activity.
