改革开放以来,我国扶贫开发工作进展之快、成效之大,举世瞩目。由于贫困人群收入比较低,贫困地区发展基础薄弱,区域经济发展不协调等原因,我国扶贫开发仍任重而道远。笔者结合湖北省南漳县实际,对如何进一步加强扶贫开发的问题,谈些看法。一、当前扶贫开发面临的问题党的“十七大”报告提出,2020年基本解决绝对贫困
