目的:研究化学机械去腐技术治疗龋病的疗效和安全性分析。方法:选择2010年5月至2011年5月宁波市镇海区炼化医院收治的有深、中龋齿的患者64例(患牙88颗),将患者随机分成两组,每组各32例,对照组用传统高速牙钻机械去腐备洞填充,治疗组用Carisolv(伢典)微创去腐技术去腐,随访12个月,比较两组患者术后12月治疗效果、治疗过程中疼痛程度和治疗单牙时间比较。结果:两者患者术后12个月随访观察,治疗组有效率明显高于对照组,治疗组1颗患牙充填物松动,有效率达97%;而对照组6颗患牙失败,其中充填物松动3颗(占9%),继发龋2颗(占6%),牙髓炎1颗(占3%),总有效率为82%。治疗组疗效显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗过程中对照组疼痛程度明显高于治疗组,P<0.05,两组差异有统计学意义;两组治疗单牙的时间比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:伢典活性凝胶结合专用工具化学机械去腐具有高度选择性,只对龋坏组织有起软化作用,不影响健康牙本质,有效率高,操作过程无温度刺激,无疼痛,无噪音,患者易于接受,值得临床推广。
Objective: To study the efficacy and safety of chemical mechanical decapping in the treatment of dental caries. CONCLUSION: The combination of special active gel with special tools is highly selective for chemical mechanical descaling.
