Speaking at an advanced APEC e-commerce and paperless trade seminar held recently, Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Shi Guangsheng said that the next five years will be the five years in which China’s e-commerce applications will flourish and will become a new growth point for economic development.
