当前,合作医疗在中国广大农村地区迅速发展。这使得农民,尤其是贫困地区的农民获得了较低层次的医疗保障。但是由于当前的社会经济正在发生显著的变化,如果采用一成不变的旧的合作医疗模式肯定显得不相适宜。许多地区的实践也正说明这一点。合作医疗作为当今我国农村地区的医疗保障制度必须要推陈出新。当今的合作医疗制度要求合作医疗服务公平和公开,使有限的合作医疗资金用到实处,杜绝资金的浪费和流失。
At present, cooperative medical care has developed rapidly in the vast rural areas of China. This has enabled farmers, especially farmers in poor areas, to obtain lower-level medical care. However, as the current social economy is undergoing significant changes, it will certainly not be appropriate to adopt the old and consistent model of cooperative medical care. Practices in many regions also illustrate this point. As a medical security system in rural areas in China today, cooperative medical care must be innovative. Today’s cooperative medical system requires cooperative medical services to be fair and open, so that limited funds for cooperative medical care can be implemented, and the waste and loss of funds can be eliminated.
